VOIDJAM 2

Something for a VoidJam. Paolo and Lorenzo are kind of on shaky terms, but I made their relationship a little more comical for Void...in case I ever want to inject an actual plot (god forbid) into one of my fights.

Paolo pretty much hates his older half-brother. They share the same dad, who is now taking an extended dirt-nap after his brief and ludicriously promiscuous time on earth, and enjoyed the orphanage lifestyle for their first few years of life since both of their moms were too busy being villains to deal with squalling, fire-breathing brats. Unlike Paolo, who's petulant and whiny, Lorenzo's a mature, down-to-earth sort of guy...who also happens to work for the underground bogeyman mafia. He also has a nice, respectable executive job (one of the 4 senior bogeymen), but it's really only a pretense. Lorenzo and Paolo used to fight all the time as kids, which usually resulted in Paolo losing enough teeth to satisfy the tooth fairy for a year. Paolo resented Lorenzo for being bigger, stronger and cooler, while Lorenzo resented Paolo for being the result of his dad's forays into adultery. As an adult, Lorenzo thinks that his younger brother is an idiot, but an amusing idiot, and so he occassionally tries to give him some useful brotherly advice....which Paolo promptly trows back in his face along with a bunch of empty threats that involve switch-blades and eyesockets.

Lorenzo's also a ridiculously good cook. Paolo won't admit this, but he really likes his brother's cooking and will occassionally slink over for a visit if he knows that he'll get some food out of it.
